I just picked up my car from being repaired in your body shop today, and wanted to report how extremely satisfied I was with the way Universal Collision takes care of business!

In my experience with car repair in Tallahassee, I have never been fully satisfied with the job completed. You and your colleagues have given me every reason to want to come back for future services and to also spread a positive message with your name among my friends around town.

Thank you for being so efficient in fixing my brand new car! Your office staff's professionalism goes a long way! Everyone was most helpful, friendly , and supportive in securing me a rental car, making sure my hunger needs were met, and apologizing for the dust caused from remodeling.

It is not often that 'compliment' letters are written, so I wanted to take the opportunity to commend you and your staff.

One evening, on the way home from work last August, someone pulled out into traffic and hit the left rear quarter panel of my 2002 Camry. While that was not a pleasant experience, the one I had with Universal Collision was - from the time the claim was adjusted by GEICO there on-site to when the car was ready for pick-up. Universal made everything, from start to finish, both convenient and satisfying. They went the "extra mile" when they found additional damage to my car (under the bumper), which the insurance adjustor was unable to detect when adjusting the claim. Digital pictures of this revealed damage to my Camry were e-mailed to me, along with Universal Collision contacting the adjustor to obtain additional funds from the insurance company to cover the difference in cost. When Sheryl Driggers walked us through the final inspection of the vehicle, the car looked "brand new" again - not only from a paint and body standpoint, but from how clean it was when it was returned to us!


I recently spoke with an individual who had a mutually positive experience with Universal Collision. We both agreed that they are professional, easy to work with, and deliver what they promise.


With the above said, I would like to recommend, without reservation, Universal Collision to anyone needing paint and body work done to their automobile.

Dear Body Shop,

Forty-four days ago our vehicle made its appearance in your facility. It was big and blue, slightly old, but the pride and joy of its owner. It was either delivered or picked up and it looked very unhappy. I have always felt that cars were more female than male and she looked like she had gone “to hell in a hand basket”. But with the excellent care, time, effort spent on her she has come home, finally, looking like the lady she is. Simply saying “thank you” doesn’t seem to be enough. I’m sure that due to her advanced age that there were times when finding the right parts and pieces needed to put her back together again seemed an insurmountable task but was accomplished anyway. All of you have the “right stuff” and even though I live all the way on the western end of this great state I can say that my family repair shop is “Universal Collision”. You all proved that there are still great people working in a sometimes thankless job that go the extra mile to get the job done. Do you guys pick up from Ft. Walton? Cause that is where my next car will go if it ever needs any work done on it.

Mr. Jim Headley,

My name is Audra Minnick and I was involved in an accident on January 21, 2004 in my 2004 GMC Yukon. I am writing this letter to you to express my thanks for your assistance in this matter. I was extremely upset about my year old vehicle being so damaged from the result of this accident, and then finding out that the driver of the car that caused the accident had no insurance only added to my despair. I was given the opportunity to pick the repair center or go with one of repair centers that USAA recommends, and based on other testaments by other people that I know I chose to have my vehicle fixed at Universal Collision Center located at 2751 West Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301, (850) 576-9990.

I kept in close contact with them and they kept me informed of the status of my vehicle, and I was thrilled when my Yukon was fixed and I went to pick it up. My truck is in perfect condition , and it does not look like it was ever in an accident. I cannot imagine taking my vehicle anyplace else and I will always recommend Universal Collision Center to my anyone that needs bodywork. I hope that Universal Collision Center will be added to the USAA recommended body work center, and that this letter serves as a written testament of the excellent customer service, and overall service that I was given by USAA and Universal Collision Center. I had never been to Universal Collision until yesterday. My neighbor gave me the recommendation to take my car there and I am so glad he did! I really appreciate all the work you did on my Nissan Altima. I was pretty upset that I had gotten a bad deal on the car and thank you so much for checking out the frame for me and letting me know it was not bent. The advice you gave me was great.

I recently had some body work done on my 1966 Mustang Coupe. I had trouble finding someone in town who could do the work and even had trouble getting anyone to recommend a reputable body shop.

The work to be performed was of a difficult nature and I was concerned that the car was destined for the junk heap. After meeting with you and discussing an estimate, I felt that the resurrection of this car was finally beginning.
