Jason Driggers, Co-Founder, received his B.S. degree in Management from Florida State University. Mr. Driggers has a solid background of business development in the outdoor advertising industry. Jason spent several years researching, identifying and developing properties for outdoor advertising locations. In addition, he played an active role in developing new billboard sites for a Federal Court Challenge. Jason's vision is to use his business development background to expand Universal Collision into additional markets in the southeast.
Sheryl Driggers, Co-Founder, has an extensive background in marketing and business development. After graduating with a B.S. in Business from Liberty University, Ms. Driggers worked in Governmental Relations for the Florida Restaurant Association and Marketing and Administration for a national Healthcare company. She served as Chairperson for the Tallahassee I-CAR committee from 2002 to 2003. Sheryl is also a member of the Automotive Service Association and is active with the local Chamber of Commerce. Sheryl and her husband Jason have two children, Barrett and Madison.
Frank Gandy, Co-Founder is a seasoned professional in the automotive collision industry. Mr. Gandy has spent more than 12 years managing body shops in the Tallahassee market. He has gained the valuable experience needed to grow this business. Frank and his wife Jane have four children, Amanda, Mychaelle, Ariel and Tyler.
Kim Andrews is our Assistant Manager. She joined our team at the beginning of 2003. Before coming to Universal Collision, Kim spent the last several years managing shops here in Tallahassee. Before entering the collision industry Ms. Andrews worked in the banking industry. Ms. Andrews is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and managing the claims process.
Mark Bodie is the Parts Manager at Universal Collision. Mr. Bodie comes to us from Ferguson Enterprises where he worked as the Shipping and Receiving Manager. Mark has been with us since August 2002. He is responsible for overseeing purchasing and the handling of all parts.
Rickeyah Jackson is our Administrative Assistant at our West Tennessee Street location. She comes to us from New Orleans, Louisiana. She attends Florida State University and is a 3rd year Public Relations major with a minor in English. She enjoys reading, writing, playing tennis, and shopping. She has outstanding customer service skills, and is bilingual.
Rhett Sousa is one of our Estimators, whom recently moved from Donaldsonville, GA where he worked at his Uncle's Body shop performing paint and automobile repair. He has been in this industry for 16 years, and is well experienced in this field. He & his fiance Jessica plan to marry in November of this year. In his spare time, he loves to tinker with hotrods, and airbrushing vehicles.
