I had never been to Universal Collision until yesterday. My neighbor gave me the recommendation to take my car there and I am so glad he did! I really appreciate all the work you did on my Nissan Altima. I was pretty upset that I had gotten a bad deal on the car and thank you so much for checking out the frame for me and letting me know it was not bent. The advice you gave me was great.
I never knew of any decent collision repair shopd in Tallahassee, but now I know of an exemplary one. I will make sure that anyone I know who needs his behicle repaired knows about your shop and outstanding customer service. Thank you again!
