I would just like to take a moment to thank everyone there at Universal Collision. It was really upsetting to have my vehicle run into and have the amount of damage that it did. I thought it was going to be a really big hassle to take care of everything. But you really came through.
After dropping the vehicle off at the agreed upon time, you took care of the rest, as well as getting the insurance taken care of and calling the rental company to come and get me. Then you had my vehicle ready earlier than expected! Thank YOU! You made it easy, and no one could tell that someone rammed into it!
