Forty-four days ago our vehicle made its appearance in your facility. It was big and blue, slightly old, but the pride and joy of its owner. It was either delivered or picked up and it looked very unhappy. I have always felt that cars were more female than male and she looked like she had gone “to hell in a hand basket”. But with the excellent care, time, effort spent on her she has come home, finally, looking like the lady she is. Simply saying “thank you” doesn’t seem to be enough. I’m sure that due to her advanced age that there were times when finding the right parts and pieces needed to put her back together again seemed an insurmountable task but was accomplished anyway. All of you have the “right stuff” and even though I live all the way on the western end of this great state I can say that my family repair shop is “Universal Collision”. You all proved that there are still great people working in a sometimes thankless job that go the extra mile to get the job done. Do you guys pick up from Ft. Walton? Cause that is where my next car will go if it ever needs any work done on it.
Thank you all for a great job, we appreciate the patience you showed us when we kept checking up on it and all of you have done an outstanding job.
