My name is Audra Minnick and I was involved in an accident on January 21, 2004 in my 2004 GMC Yukon. I am writing this letter to you to express my thanks for your assistance in this matter. I was extremely upset about my year old vehicle being so damaged from the result of this accident, and then finding out that the driver of the car that caused the accident had no insurance only added to my despair. I was given the opportunity to pick the repair center or go with one of repair centers that USAA recommends, and based on other testaments by other people that I know I chose to have my vehicle fixed at Universal Collision Center located at 2751 West Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301, (850) 576-9990. I kept in close contact with them and they kept me informed of the status of my vehicle, and I was thrilled when my Yukon was fixed and I went to pick it up. My truck is in perfect condition , and it does not look like it was ever in an accident. I cannot imagine taking my vehicle anyplace else and I will always recommend Universal Collision Center to my anyone that needs bodywork. I hope that Universal Collision Center will be added to the USAA recommended body work center, and that this letter serves as a written testament of the excellent customer service, and overall service that I was given by USAA and Universal Collision Center.
